Job Title: Call Center Agent Location: St Catharines, ON Pay Range: 21.50/hour Shift: Night shift, 7 days a week including holidays, 5 PM - 2 AM EST. Hours may vary between 35-44 hours per week. What's the Job?

Assist end users through outbound calling and support queries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Educate users on platform utilization, scoring quality, and outcomes. Achieve daily targets and key performance metrics consistently.

Provide quality customer service by resolving cases efficiently and productively.

Communicate effectively with team leads, QA specialists, SMEs, and operations managers, escalating issues as needed. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years customer support experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Robust communication skills and a helpful, empathetic approach. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload proactively.
