- Manage an existing book of business while addressing client needs
- Review commercial insurance documents and provide processing instructions
- Prepare applications and issue certificates for new business




- Collaborate with insurers and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Follow up on claims and maintain communication with adjusters Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant insurance experience preferred
- Customer service experience of two years or more
- AIC Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Competency in MS Office Suite and EPIC software
