About bookmysmilebookmysmile is looking for a highly motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to help connect patients with our network of 6 dental clinics in Ottawa.

This is a fully remote, performance-driven role focused on patient acquisition, community outreach, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, comfortable speaking with people, and motivated by results.

The RoleAs a Community Outreach Coordinator, your primary goal is to generate new patient bookings for bookmysmile.

You will promote bookmysmile through a combination of:

- Creating engaging videos and content for social media
- Attending community events and local gatherings
- Conducting outreach at various locations and community organizations
- Building relationships with local communities and potential patients
- Educating people about bookmysmile and available dental services
- Encouraging prospective patients to book through bookmysmile
- Following up with prospective patients when appropriate
- Tracking your outreach activities and patient conversions

Performance-Based CompensationThis role is heavily performance driven.

- Up to $50 incentive for every patient conversion
- The $50 incentive is paid after the referred patient completes their visit
- Patients may receive incentives of up to $150 when they book and receive qualifying services through bookmysmile
- There is no stated cap on the number of patients you can generate, allowing strong performers to increase their earnings based on results

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:




- Highly outgoing and comfortable approaching new people
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable creating videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms
- Creative and proactive about finding new outreach opportunities
- Comfortable attending community events and conducting local outreach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
- Professional when representing the bookmysmile brand
- Interested in healthcare, dental care, community engagement, or sales

Previous sales, marketing, community outreach, social media, or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required. What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means consistently finding new ways to reach potential patients and converting those interactions into completed patient visits at one of our Ottawa-area clinics.

You will have the flexibility of a remote role while being expected to be active in the community and on social media.
