Clubspeed, a leading venue management SaaS, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support a portfolio of Clubspeed and Resova customers across onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal.

You'll serve as the day-to-day contact, deliver training and webinars, monitor customer health, and identify risks before they become bigger issues, while collaborating with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
