Bilingual Administrative Assistant

East Montreal – Rivière-des-Prairies / Pointe-aux-Trembles area.

Responsibilities

- Agenda and Correspondence Management: Manage emails, organize the Vice President's calendar, and schedule meetings.
- Communication Support: Draft documents in both French and English for various internal and external audiences.
- Data Compilation and Analysis: Gather and compile data to prepare reports.
- Stakeholder Relations: Ensure effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Document Management: File and organize documents to ensure quick and efficient access to information.

Qualifications

- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Bilingualism: Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Skills: Must be autonomous, proactive, a strong team player, able to manage stress effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
