Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer – Brampton Job ID: 90281 Location: Brampton, Ontario What you will be doing:

- Function as an Electrical Systems Engineer within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Majority of time will be spent working with the technical team, with approximately 20% interaction with Project Engineering (PE) and Project Management (PM).
- Work closely with:
- Electrical Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Systems Engineering - Software - Integration - Current program/team size is approximately 5-10 people.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight.
- Coordinate technical activities across the team.
- Identify and resolve engineering problems.
- Communicate technical issues, decisions and progress to the broader project team.
- Must be comfortable operating across disciplines rather than working solely within electrical design.

What you must have





- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical Systems Design / Electrical Systems Engineering.
- Engineering degree required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with:
- Systems requirements development - Systems architecture - Electrical systems design/engineering - Integration and/or V&V; - Technical problem solving - Cross-functional engineering collaboration - Ability to provide technical leadership/oversight to a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Systems, Software and Integration teams.
- Robust technical Systems Engineering foundation.
- Familiarity with the systems engineering V-model / V-diagram development lifecycle.
- Must be eligible for and obtain/maintain:
- Controlled Goods Program (CGP) - Reliability Status Salary/Rate Range: $80.00 – $90.00/hour
