Manager, FP& A (Mississauga)The OpportunityOur client is seeking a high-impact Manager, FP& A to partner closely with senior leadership and drive strategic financial planning. This role offers strong visibility across the business, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while delivering actionable insights to support growth and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead long-term financial planning, including maintaining and enhancing strategic modelsOwn quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across business unitsDeliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear insight into key driversPartner with business leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and investment decisionsDevelop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital allocationOversee month-end reporting for corporate overhead and present results to executive leadershipPrepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and board-level materialsSupport investor-facing processes, including financial models and external reporting alignmentDrive process improvements and support ad hoc analysis and special projectsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersWhat We're Looking ForCPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive FP& A and/or reporting experienceExperience in a public company / IFRS environment preferredStrong financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel skillsProven ability to translate complex data into transparent business insightsExposure to EPM tools (e.g., OneStream) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
