With 3-5 years of experience in related fields, you will play an essential role in fostering resilience within First Nations communities. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of emergency responses. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mental health initiatives for crisis response
- Develop plans for emergency preparedness and recovery
- Collaborate with community leaders and FNHA teams
- Ensure culturally responsive services for communities
- Enhance community capacity for health and wellness Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related health or social field
- 3-5 years of experience in mental health services
- Current registration with a relevant Skilled Body preferred
- Background in Indigenous or rural health contexts
