Boomerang is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Toronto team as Graduate Management Trainees. This role is designed to give you practical experience across sales, customer acquisition, campaign management, leadership and business development, alongside structured training and opportunities to progress.

Your degree doesn't need to be in business or sales. We're looking for graduates who are motivated to learn, comfortable working with people and interested in developing commercially valuable skills.

About the Role

Rather than beginning in a purely administrative graduate position, you'll gain hands-on experience from day one.

You'll initially work across Boomerang's live sales and customer acquisition campaigns, learning how to engage customers, represent brands professionally and generate new business.

As your experience develops, you'll gain exposure to the operational and leadership side of the business, including performance management, campaign planning, team development and coaching.

The aim is to give you a strong understanding of how successful campaigns operate before progressing into greater responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing professional face-to-face sales and communication skills
- Supporting customer acquisition across retail, event and promotional campaigns
- Learning how to identify customer needs and present suitable products and services
- Building commercial awareness and understanding sales performance
- Tracking results and working towards individual and team objectives
- Learning how campaigns are planned, managed and developed
- Working alongside experienced team leaders and managers




- Developing coaching, leadership and people-management skills
- Taking on increased responsibility as your performance and experience grow

What You'll Develop
