Help our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do: Drive the enterprise-wide deployment and execution of AI initiatives, including personal productivity tools, development assistants, and conversational analytics solutions; Coordinate information technology teams and business units to validate, deploy and evolve artificial intelligence solutions and add-ons adapted to the needs of different sectors; Transition AI solutions from proof of concept to production and widespread adoption; Define and orchestrate change management and adoption strategies to promote the integration of new tools into the way we work; Implement user-centric training and coaching approaches to maximize the use of new technologies; Oversee the stabilization and ongoing performance of artificial intelligence solutions from external vendors after their implementation; Ensure the continuity and quality of services on the various supported artificial intelligence platforms; Proactively identify risks related to deployments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies; Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, legal teams and cloud solution providers; Foster an agile, collaborative, and delivery-oriented culture in complex, multidisciplinary environments.The profile you are looking for is as follows: Have a university degree; Have between five and seven years of experience in technical project management; Demonstrate experience in deploying enterprise software or technology solutions, from proof of concept to release and large-scale deployment; Master generative artificial intelligence concepts and tools, such as Google Workspace AI, Claude Code or similar technologies; Understand the technological foundations necessary for the secure deployment of artificial intelligence solutions in the enterprise,



including data security and privacy; Know Agile methodologies and environments; Have solid experience in change management and technology adoption when deploying new technologies to different business units; Have worked in an international environment involving multiple teams and time zones; Manage international suppliers in connection with technology projects; Have concrete experience in the large-scale deployment of generative artificial intelligence solutions or AI-based productivity assistants (an asset); Use Google Workspace AI, AI Code Assist, Claude Code or equivalent solutions in a skilled context (an asset); Deploy conversational analytics solutions (an asset); Integrate or administer SaaS solutions from external vendors (an asset); Participate in digital transformation or technology adoption programs across a large organization (an asset); in a complex, multidisciplinary and international corporate environment (an asset).
