Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee food safety prac⁸tices and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen
- Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Train and mentor team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency




- Serve as a leader during busy hours, ensuring excellent customer service and team coordination

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience preferred
- Familiarity with serving techniques and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service
