Your daily challenges:
- Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, new product launches, etc.)
- Analyzing and optimizing workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Participating in risk assessments of equipment and workstations
- Collaborating closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
