This role requires a seasoned qualified with over 12 years of experience in the aerospace sector, focusing on flight control systems and aircraft development.

You will spearhead the Integrated Product Team, collaborate with critical engineering disciplines, and ensure compliance with stringent aerospace regulations including DO-254. Your leadership will play a crucial role in advancing flight safety and system performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of FCS architecture and integration plans
- Drive control law and flight dynamics modeling initiatives




- Oversee integration and testing including HIL simulations
- Ensure compliance with ARP4754A and certification processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate program risks Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or Engineering disciplines
- 12-18+ years in aerospace industry experience
- Strong background in Flight Control Systems and NPD
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams
