Your responsibilities will span from conducting market analysis to facilitating seamless integrations of newly acquired companies, all while working within our supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify strategic acquisition targets
- Develop financial models to support pricing decisions
- Coordinate due diligence and risk assessments
- Aid in drafting key investment documents
- Assist with post-merger integration efforts and KPIs Requirements:
