As the primary contact for all building-related activities, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee service contracts, budgeting, and capital improvement projects. - Oversee daily facility management and property services
- Develop and manage operational plans and budgets
- Coordinate renovations, reconfigurations, and space planning
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards
- Manage relationships and satisfaction among tenants Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field
- 7-9 years of relevant facilities experience
- 3 years in a management position required
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous
