Take a leadership role in public health as the Deputy Registrar at NSRASLP. Focus on regulatory frameworks while enhancing compliance and modernization initiatives in audiology and speech-language pathology. In this role, you'll report directly to the Registrar/Executive Director while managing crucial registration processes and regulatory programs.
You will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen NSRASLP’s governance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in regulatory decision-making, effective change management, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex cases and manage registration applications
- Develop key regulatory documents including Standards of Practice
- Support the governance and development of Board committees
- Participate in initiatives that modernize regulatory processes
- Represent NSRASLP at provincial and national discussions Requirements:
- Experience in regulatory decision-making within healthcare
- Solid background in policy development and legislation interpretation
- Proficient in managing projects and governance support initiatives
- Technical expertise with complex databases
