- Establish quality vision, policies, and corporate roadmap
- Lead and coach Quality Managers across sites
- Manage site-specific quality operations in Beloeil
- Set KPIs and oversee compliance with aerospace standards
- Direct internal and external audit processes Requirements:
- 10+ years of aerospace quality experience
- A degree in Engineering or related fields
- Mastery of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100
- Knowledge of aviation MRO processes
