- Supervise Transition Planners and provide mentorship
- Educate team members on compliance and operational policies




- Track and report transition progress to stakeholders
- Lead presentations and training for Financial Advisors
- Coordinate branch support and documentation processes Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in financial services or investment brokerage
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office and presentation skills
