EllisDon Developments is seeking an Associate on the Developments, Investments & Finance Team to build and refine financial models for residential real estate across Canada and the U.S. You will produce underwriting analyses for land acquisitions and partnerships, conduct market research, and support debt and equity financing strategies.
The role requires 2–4+ years in real estate development or related fields, an undergraduate degree, and solid Excel/analytic skills.
