Calgary, AB | $45–$55/hour + Benefits + Overtime

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join a growing team in Calgary, AB.

This isn't a job where you'll spend every day working on the same piece of equipment. You'll work on a mix of on-road trucks and transports and off-road heavy equipment, giving you the opportunity to put your skills to work across a wide range of equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and commercial vehicles
- Work on both on-road trucks/transports and off-road equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and related systems
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Identify potential equipment issues before they become major problems
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Follow all required safety procedures and best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

- Alberta Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- Interprovincial Red Seal is an asset
- Experience working on heavy equipment, trucks, transports, or a combination




- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CVIP certification is an asset
