Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Minimum 2 years experience in rental property management within Canada

Quick learner with excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prepare real estate rentals, sales and listings data

Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts

Record rental data

Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services

Develop communication strategies

Direct the marketing strategies of establishments Evaluate the marketing strategies used by establishments Supervise staff

Train staff

Develop promotional materials Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Manage contracts

Plan and control budget and expenditures

Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
