The Regional People &

- Culture Leader steers all key internal relationships in the region as the primary HR partner for several cold storage warehouses across the organization, providing day-to-day support and guidance to employees and leaders. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong and adaptive mindset and the bandwidth to juggle all aspects of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to leadership coaching and organizational initiatives. - Culture Leader has an insightful perception of cultural health, leveraging this connectedness to both anticipate needs and help create practical people solutions that support employees, strengthen teams, and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary People &
- Culture partner for assigned operations, providing guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and managers on a broad range of people matters.
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders and act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for operational, professional, technical, and leadership positions.
- Coach and influence leaders to elevate their management of performance, attendance, workplace conflict, investigations, disciplinary matters, and employee development.
- Provide practical recommendations that effectively blend business objectives, employee experience, legislative requirements, and company values as integral parts of a balanced and strategically directed whole.
- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to the successful implementation of People &
- Culture programs across the organization.
- Lead and contribute to national People &
- Culture initiatives and projects that strengthen leadership capability, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational objectives.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures,



and programs while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and best practices.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and development activities to support employee and leadership growth that align with strategic objectives.
- Manage employee leaves, accommodation requests, workers'

compensation claims, and other employee relations matters.

- Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

What You'll Bring

- 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or business partner capacity.
- Experience supporting operational leaders in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decisions, and establish credibility with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, while exercising continuous mindfulness of strategic direction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and effectively manage a diverse workload, while maintaining a productive output of contributions and value creation.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRP designation is considered an asset.
- Occasional travel to supported locations within Canada is required.
