Become a Registered Nurse at Our Place Society’s Current Roads Women’s Therapeutic Recovery Community. This role focuses on comprehensive health assessments and resident care strategies. You will work closely with women in recovery, assessing their health needs and integrating community-focused care practices.
Your responsibilities will include developing nursing plans, promoting health education, and offering psychological support, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere. Your expertise will have a direct impact on residents' health outcomes and recovery processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' physical and emotional health
- Provide and document nursing care and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals
- Facilitate wellbeing programs and disease prevention education
- Adhere to therapeutic standards and maintain hygiene protocols Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse license and CPR/First Aid certifications
- One-year experience with addiction or mental health clients
- Familiarity with confidentiality standards and infection control
