Key Responsibilities:

- Install and manage deployment platforms for Epic applications
- Monitor and manage security for the healthcare network




- Respond to urgent issues in production environments
- Participate in change control and capacity planning
- Support end user training on Citrix and Epic technologies

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or recognized IT diploma
- At least five years in IT Infrastructure roles
- Expertise in Windows server and virtualization platforms
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and functionality
- Willingness to obtain Epic certification and training
