The AMANI program seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support Black youth ages 12-29 in Windsor. Responsibilities encompass outreach, assessment, and therapy, working within a holistic framework that addresses social determinants of health. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and manage youth casework
- Provide brief therapy and individual/group counseling
- Participate in program development and continuous improvement
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Work within the anti-Black racism framework

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant counseling experience
- Identify as a member of the Black community
- MSW or BSW with advanced training in relevant modalities
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
