Description

We’re looking for an experienced ICI Site Supervisor to take the reins on a fast-paced commercial office renovation project in the GTA.

This role is for someone who thrives in the rhythm of a live site, where coordination is everything, timelines are tight, and quality is non-negotiable. You’ll be the conductor of a busy construction orchestra, keeping every trade in sync and every detail on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades, including:
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Flooring
- Millwork
- Glazing
- Painting

- Manage site logistics, workflow, and scheduling, including work in occupied office environments
- Enforce Ontario Health & Safety regulations:

- Conduct toolbox talks
- Maintain safety documentation

- Review drawings and specifications (architectural + MEP)
- Perform quality inspections and manage deficiencies
- Coordinate with property managers, consultants, and subcontractors




- Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation
- Assist with project closeout, PDIs, and client handover

Requirements

What You Bring

- 3–5 years’ experience supervising ICI commercial interior renovations
- Solid ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Confident leadership and clear communication skills
- Highly organized with strong coordination ability across multiple trades
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to hit the ground running with early 6:00 AM site starts
