Play a crucial role as a Talent Management Specialist at Indigenous Youth Roots, focusing on recruitment and cultural integration. This full-time position is mainly remote, with some in-person duties required. You will report to the Director of People, Culture, & Operational Effectiveness, taking charge of the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and performance management practices that align with Indigenous values.

Your efforts will contribute significantly to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Focus on innovative approaches that promote staff development and empower Indigenous youth. Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and implement recruitment strategies
- Facilitate culturally secure onboarding for new hires
- Organize competency development workshops
- Mentor leaders in coaching and performance management
- Support additional People & Culture projects Requirements:
- 3+ years in recruitment and selection practices
- 2+ years of experience in training program development
- Background in change management is an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
