Fonemed is expanding its telehealth team and seeks passionate Nurse Practitioners for a work-from-home virtual care role with flexible scheduling. You will assess patients via telephone and video, collaborate with a national team, and provide care in a virtual clinic workplace.

The successful candidate will work independently to diagnose conditions, prescribe medications when appropriate, order tests, and deliver follow-up care within the continuum of care while maintaining high professional
