In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful execution of train events and facilitate collaborations that align with Lean-Agile principles.

Your expertise will help coaches develop their teams' agile maturity and optimize performance metrics while managing product backlogs. Key Responsibilities:

- Foster governance for Agile team coordination
- Monitor progress, risks,

- Coach managers on backlog and capacity planning
- Lead continuous improvement activities for train progression Requirements:

- Significant experience in large-scale agile projects
