Join our cutting-edge homebuilding plant in Calgary as a Senior Plant Accountant. This critical role supports financial operations with an emphasis on inventory and cost accounting. You’ll be instrumental in managing financial records, performing month-end close, and ensuring compliance while partnering closely with the Operations and Production teams. Your proactive approach will drive improvements in our accounting processes through detailed analytics and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle accounting and maintain accurate ledgers
- Aid in the monthly and yearly financial close processes
- Oversee AP and AR transactions for efficiency
- Perform inventory valuations and variance analysis
- Assist with procurement activities and vendor onboarding Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting
- Background in manufacturing or construction accounting favored
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel
