Investment

Analyst (Canada) to support national capital deployment, underwriting for opportunities, and to prepare Investment Committee memos and market reports. You will build proformas, coordinate pricing with regional teams, identify risks, and create investor materials for co-investment. Requires CPA/CFA/MBA and 5+ years in real estate investment analysis; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and Argus.
