YOUR IMPACT

You’ll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients across industries such as retail, financial services, and telecommunications. You will be involved in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, deploy, and optimize omnichannel marketing journeys (email, mobile, automation) for some of the world’s leading brands. Your success will be measured by the tangible impact of your work: campaign performance, customer engagement improvements, quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction.

We hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team under the leadership of a Marketing Cloud Practice Manager. No ego, just smart people solving complex problems together, working closely with Data, CRM, Architecture, and Delivery teams.



The mission is to design and deliver high-performing marketing automation solutions that maximize business value and customer engagement.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

- Design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
- Build and optimize marketing campaigns (email, mobile) to improve lead nurturing and revenue.
- Develop and manage customer journeys (onboarding, promotions, reactivation).
- Analyze performance (dashboards, reports) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality and campaign execution while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.
- 5+ years of experience as a SF Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and solid understanding of email marketing and metrics.
- Robust knowledge of data segmentation and analysis (SQL is an asset).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (asset).
- Strong communication,



analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in data-driven marketing automation.
- Bilingual French/English as an asset.
- If English is required: "English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec."
