As a member of our innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive Food and News experiences across various devices and endpoints. Our teams work in a fast-paced environment with people who are passionate about our customers, experiences, and systems.

As a member of the team, you should be able to learn new concepts quickly and feel at home in a new and constantly evolving space.

Quality will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the program. As such, the Sr. TPM will be responsible for ensuring that all of our experiences remain performant (e.g. minimal latency) and maintain our high quality bar.

You will get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art LLM and GenerativeAI models in this role as you create delightful experiences.

Key job responsibilities

Define and deliver critical program for Alexa+

Establish mechanisms necessary for delivery and management

Influence and drive technical decisions

Assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels

Dive deep to understand complex problems and break them down into small pieces with straight forward solutions

Mentor individuals in the community on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers

- Working with a fantastic development team based in Bellevue(PST) and Chennai (IST)
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience




- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
