American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Broker Director for Western Canada to lead relationships with national broker partners and support market leadership. Based in Vancouver, you will drive growth, align with Underwriting and Product Leaders, and manage KPI frameworks while collaborating with Distribution across Canada.

You will travel to broker offices across Canada and occasionally the US (~25%), bring strategic initiatives to life, and ensure AIG delivers differentiated value
