The Alex is dedicated to offering comprehensive support to the community, and as a Registered Nurse, your efforts will directly impact the wellbeing of program participants. This contract role requires a commitment to culturally sensitive care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your nursing interventions will focus on ensuring participants receive the necessary support to reintegrate into the community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver assertive outreach nursing services to clients in need
- Participate in developing individualized care plans




- Conduct health assessments and client education
- Complete necessary documentation and assessments regularly
- Advocate for client rights and accessibility to resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle access
- Skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
