Key Responsibilities: • Document and oversee daily lift operations • Train and mentor team members in service excellence • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures • Work closely with mountain safety and patrol teams • Address guest feedback and operational challenges
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid BC driver’s license is essential • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred • Solid verbal and interpersonal communication • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
