In this full-time position, you will lead cutting-edge recreation initiatives focusing on children and youth with disabilities, including those who are Deaf or hard of hearing. You will report to the Program Manager and support a team of Recreation Assistants and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and evaluate diverse programs for all abilities
- Direct and coach staff and volunteers for effective support
- Assist in recruiting and training staff and volunteers
- Partner with families and community to promote programs
- Maintain thorough records and handle client registrations
Requirements:
- Degree in Recreation Studies or related discipline
- 2 years of experience with diverse groups in leadership roles
- Understanding of accessible sports and personal care needs
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle beneficial
