Position # : 9014063 Expected Start Date: September 29, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Regina Department: Executive Director Office - Digital Health Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Under the direction of Manager, Digital Health, the Analyst is accountable for data analysis related to the evaluation of strategic initiatives, resource utilization, quality improvement and performance.
The incumbent supports the various Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) programs in its continuing efforts to implement activities aimed at increasing evidence based decision making and development of appropriate measures to monitor SHA programs and activities.
Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 3-5 years' recognized experience in a complex health care environment Experience in resource utilization and large projects in healthcare workplace Education Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BSHIM) Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BScIT) Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSC)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Equivalent combination of education and experience Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Competencies Demonstrates leadership skills Problem solving skills Computer skills Data analysis skills Knowledge and Abilities Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care Proven conflict resolution skills Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan Ability to multitask Knowledge of HIPA Ability to think & act quickly, creatively & strategically Knowledge in data analysis Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal/consultative relationships Ability to competently use computers and software applications Ability to work independently as well as with committees and teams Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action Other Information Travel within Saskatchewan For more information on the city of Regina please visit https://www.regina.ca/
