Robert Half is partnering with an excellent owner managed business that's looking for a bilingual Payroll Specialist. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:

- Process weekly payroll for approximately 200 non-union employees, ensuring all payments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records by entering, verifying, and updating earnings data while resolving discrepancies that affect employee pay.
- Audit payroll calculations, investigate variances, and make corrections to support accurate wage processing.
- Prepare payroll-related reports covering earnings, statutory deductions, taxes,



and other withholdings for internal review and record-keeping.
- Update employee payroll profiles to reflect changes such as tax exemptions, benefit selections, insurance coverage, and other deductions that impact net pay.
- Administer employee benefits and pension information in coordination with payroll requirements and company policies.
- Set up recent hires in payroll systems and ensure employee information is entered completely and correctly.
- Provide payroll support to HR and Finance by responding to inquiries, supplying data, and assisting with related administrative activities.
