About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI to lead the strategic and commercial aspects of its Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, driving portfolio growth, and leading the Outbound Product Management function.
This role requires a seasoned skilled with a minimum of 12 years' experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
The VP will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy, building commercial models, and fostering executive customer engagement.
Success in this position will be measured by the ability to achieve revenue and adoption targets, and to create and scale repeatable sales motions.
Key responsibilities for the VP include owning the go-to-market strategy, leading the commercial model and monetization strategy, and engaging with executive customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and AI-enabled products, with a proven track record in pricing, packaging, and monetization.
They should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Experience in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models is preferred, as is a background in taking AI-enabled products to market.
The role demands a data-driven decision-maker who can influence and align senior leaders across various functions and is capable of representing the company as a market figurehead.
