Position: FP&A; Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Review and QA AI-agent rollouts in Financial Forecaster. Judge agent answers against the actual model and documents.
- Identify failure modes where agents succeed too easily or fail wrongly. Flag tasks that are too easy or solvable without using Financial Forecaster.
- Improve realism and difficulty by refining task prompts. Ensure tasks reflect authentic FP&A; and lender-reporting work.
- Update grading guidance for accuracy. Ensure correct answers pass and wrong ones fail, including gating failures.
- Catch plausible-but-wrong answers that a non-expert reviewer might miss. Ensure consistency with the rest of the pack.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Frequent hands-on Financial Forecaster use for real forecasting, covenant, or reporting work.
- 5+ years in FP&A;, financial reporting, technical accounting,



or lender reporting.
- Ability to read a Financial Forecaster model on sight. Identify inputs, calculations, overrides, and governing scenarios.
- Reflexive with Financial Forecaster's scenario and import mechanics.
- Sound judgment on correct, complete answers. Confidence to mark plausible answers wrong.

Preferred

- Credit agreement compliance and borrowing base reporting.
- Going concern or impairment analysis.
- Segment reporting, SEC reporting, or disclosure committee experience.
- Hands-on experience across multiple models and entities.
