Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting operational efficiency and team success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
We are looking for a long-term team member who is interested in growing with the company. This position offers excellent long-term potential and may lead to a Team Lead opportunity for the right candidate based on performance, attendance, and leadership capabilities.

2:30 pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repacking, and shippingOperate equipment such as pallet jacksAssist with stock replenishment and inventory cycle countingSupport general maintenance of warehouse facilitiesEnsure safety standards and procedures are followed at all times

Verbal and written communication skillsLeadership skills/experienceAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 poundsTeam-oriented mindset with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a busy, noisy environment
