Role Summary We are seeking an experienced A2D Test Lead (SAP Plant Maintenance) to lead end-to-end testing activities for Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) business processes within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing SIT/UAT cycles, overseeing defect governance, validating asset management processes, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP PM/EAM solutions during large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the overall test strategy, test plan, and testing approach for SAP PM/EAM implementations.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing activities.
- Review and approve test scenarios, test scripts, and test execution results.
- Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete business requirement coverage.
- Coordinate testing activities across business users, functional teams, technical teams, and system integrators.
- Establish and manage defect governance processes, defect triage meetings, and issue resolution activities.
- Validate end-to-end Asset-to-Decommission business processes, including asset creation, maintenance planning, work execution, and decommissioning.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and dependencies throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Facilitate SIT/UAT sign-off and support production readiness activities.
- Prepare test status reports, dashboards, test closure reports, and executive-level updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives, milestones, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Testing with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Proven experience leading testing workstreams in SAP implementation or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) business processes.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management processes, and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.

- Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and system integrators.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Mining, or Transportation industries.
