ACCOUNT MANAGER – EASTERN ONTARIO

We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow our business across Eastern Ontario. Based out of the Vaughan,

Richmond Hill, Markham, Barrie, or Innisfil area, and reporting to the National Pro Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, developing customer relationships, and growing our business within the distributor, builder, industrial, hardware, tool, trade, and OEM channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, builders, industrial customers, hardware dealers, trade accounts, and OEMs.
- Grow sales within existing accounts while developing recent business opportunities.
- Promote products through wholesale distributors in the trade, commercial, industrial, and Pro channels.
- Partner with distributor sales teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions for customers and end users.




- Organize customer calls, contractor meetings, and job site visits.
- Provide product solutions and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners through customer visits, virtual meetings, phone, and email.
- Participate in trade shows, dealer events, and customer functions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, light industrial, power tools, building products, or related industries is preferred.
- Trade or construction industry experience is an asset.
