The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc.

- EGADZ requires an Administrative Support interested in a Full time position within the Fusion Plus Program at EGADZ.

EGADZ is an inter‑agency, non‑profit organization whose purpose is to provide services for hard to serve youth in Saskatoon with the mission to encourage and support them to make choices that improve their quality of life.

The Administrative Support is responsible for contributing to and overseeing the efficient day to day operations of the organization, specifically of that within designated programming.

Duties

General clerical and administrative support

Facilitating onboarding and orientation of new staff

Scheduling and Payroll





Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment

Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries

Assisting the Coordinator as requested

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Post‑secondary education in administration, equivalent experience or a combination of both

Demonstrate and practice a healthy lifestyle

Knowledge of other agencies and resources within our community

Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively in an oral and written form

Working knowledge of computers/Windows

Knowledge of Indigenous culture and issues

Must have a valid graduated Class 5 drivers license that reflects a safe driving record A Driver's Abstract is Required (no older than 3 months)

Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector (no older than 6 months)

Starting Wage $24.27 per hour
