- Provide comprehensive case management and client support
- Conduct assessments and intake processes for recent clients




- Develop case management plans focusing on legal and social needs
- Engage in community outreach and necessary projects
- Work collaboratively with a seasoned team of advocates Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant case management experience
- Preferred Master of Social Work (MSW) background
- Proven advocacy and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of children's legal rights and social justice
