Virden Ag is a growing agricultural dealership proudly serving Southwestern Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. We are currently seeking a Red Seal Ag Technician to join our team.

About the Role: As an Ag Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and turf equipment. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

- Certified Red Seal Ag Technician or equivalent preferred, would consider level 3 or 4 apprentice - Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and able to communicate with our service advisors - Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service - Minimum Class 5 drivers license, Class 3 an asset - Capable of completing services in the field What We Offer:

We employ a team of 11 full-time and several part time staff. Our current location at 560 Commonwealth Drive, Virden, MB was completed in December 2022, offering 4,000 square feet of showroom, parts and office space, with a 3 bay service shop.
