Position

- PREFER: Agricultural Journeyman Technician

- OPTIONAL: Journeyman Technician (on or Off-road)

- BRAND EXPERIENCE: New Holland, CASE IH, John Deere, Caterpillar, Kubota, AGCO

- Determine extent of repair required

- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts

- Test repaired equipment for proper performance

- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work

- Service attachments and working tools

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Decision making skills

- Effective verbal and listening communication skills

- Ability to read and write to keep daily records including maintenance reports and documentation

- Stress & time management skills

- Must have your own tools

Pay & Benefits

- Straight Time shop starting between $45.00/hour and $55.00/hour (negotiable higher depending on experience)

- Three weeks paid vacation after your first year
