Role: AI Architect

Employment: Full Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are seeking a Full Time AI Architect to design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable GenAI and Agentic AI architectures
- Develop hands-on prototypes, PoCs, and reference implementations
- Build multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, planning, reasoning, and autonomous workflows
- Define reusable Agentic AI frameworks, accelerators, and architecture patterns
- Lead AI deployment strategies focused on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Establish AI governance, model lifecycle management, auditing, and compliance controls
- Drive Responsible AI practices covering fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and ethics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



data scientists, engineers, and product teams
- Define enterprise AI architecture standards and technical guidelines
- Implement AI observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and risk management
- Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and AI development best practices

Required Skills

- Strong Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture experience
- Hands-on Azure AI Foundry and Databricks experience
- Experience designing multi-agent AI solutions
- Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI
- Experience with enterprise AI deployment and scalability
- Robust architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills
