Responsibilities encompass outreach, assessment, and therapy, working within a holistic framework that addresses social determinants of health. Be part of a team-oriented environment committed to anti-racism. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and manage youth casework
- Provide brief therapy and individual/group counseling
- Participate in program development and continuous improvement
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Work within the anti-Black racism framework Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant counseling experience
- Identify as a member of the Black community
- MSW or BSW with advanced training in relevant modalities
- Solid teamwork and communication abilities
